Creative Economy for Youth and Women

We seek to link cultural achievement with productive projects that create job opportunities and nurture critical thinking, based on the strategic goal of sustainability through creative industries. The program focuses on empowering youth and women in handicrafts and cultural industries, and on the digital marketing of local creativity.

Community Recovery Through Culture

We provide a safe space for the psychological growth of children affected by armed conflict through the art-based psychosocial support project, and restore the role of women in preserving oral heritage. The program includes reclaiming public cultural spaces such as "Wednesday Cinema" and the "Himan Art Forum", along with the weekly Arniyada Cultural Salon.

Cultural Revival and Cultural Leadership Development

We work to break artistic stagnation and open a dialogue between heritage and contemporaneity through events such as "Oud and Guitar: A Dialogue of Generations", the Yemeni Song Day Festival, and a series of seminars commemorating literary and press pioneers. The program focuses on empowering a new generation of young cultural leaders and adopting modern, well-governed cultural management built on innovation and critical thinking.

Preserving Heritage and National Memory

In the absence of functioning state institutions, this pillar acts as an act of resistance against the erasure of memory, building community defenses to protect Yemen's tangible and intangible heritage. Our work is a direct response to heritage caught between the hammer of armed conflict and the anvil of urban encroachment and systematic looting. The program covers the documentation of archaeological sites, the archiving of audiovisual memory, and training local communities to protect their cultural assets.
